Jayce Technical Corporation

Jayce Technical Corporation is owned and operated by Jason Morrow. Jason has been a licenced engineer since 1995, working primarily in mine maintenance and mine infrastructure projects with a heavy emphasis on hoist plant operation and maintenance. Jason has worked throughout Canada as well as in the United States and Australia. This diverse experience base has provided a strong link to customer return on investment through the acceleration of production and/or the minimization of costs.

Material Handling Systems

Hoist plant and material handling system evaluation and optimization including incremental production increases and major capital upgrades.
    •    Equipment design including 3D computer aided drafting and finite element analysis.
    •    Equipment specification, selection and quality assurance.
    •    Inspection and certification of shaft conveyances including free fall tests.
    •    Troubleshooting including risk assessments and root cause failure analysis to maximize system up time.

Project Engineering and Management

Evaluation of project proposals, designs and construction including peer reviews, risk assessments, in plant inspections and on-site inspections.
    •    Feasibility studies of mine infrastructure including hoist plants, material handling systems and all services.
    •    Working with customer teams to develop custom specifications, specialized procedures for non-routine hazardous tasks and training.
